Data processed
The form collects your name, email address or phone number, message and acknowledgement of the privacy information. You must provide at least an email address or phone number so that we can respond. You may also provide your company name.
To protect the form, technical data relating to its operation and security is processed: the IP address of the connection received by the server and the times of attempts, used temporarily to limit requests, the anti-abuse detection field and the Turnstile verification token.
Avoid including personal data in your message that is not necessary for your enquiry.
Purpose
The data is used to respond to and manage your contact request and to protect the form against abuse. Submission does not subscribe you to advertising or commercial communications.
Acknowledging this information does not authorise any other use of your data.
Submission and service providers
When the form is submitted, the data is sent to SAV’s server, which validates it and verifies the anti-abuse protection before requesting email delivery through Mailjet. The main message is sent to info@sav.digital, a recipient fixed on the server. The visitor’s email address does not replace this destination; when provided, it allows us to reply directly to them.
Mailjet acts as the email delivery provider. If you provide an email address, a confirmation may be sent to that address. This confirmation does not reproduce your message and contains no advertising or tracking images added by our application. A failure to send the confirmation does not invalidate receipt of your main enquiry.
Cloudflare Turnstile helps protect the form against abuse. Verification takes place in the browser and is checked on the server before the email is sent.
The hosting and email infrastructure is involved in handling the request. We do not incorporate Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel or commercial tracking systems into this website’s own code.
Retention and security
The information will be retained for as long as necessary to handle the request and, where relevant, to meet applicable legal obligations.
The application does not store messages in its own database. This does not mean that email systems or service providers cannot process or retain information. Request counters and the IP addresses used by the rate limiter are held temporarily in memory.
The form includes server-side validation, an anti-abuse detection field, request limiting and Turnstile. Service credentials are not passed to the browser. These measures do not provide an absolute guarantee of security.
Rights and complaints
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data. Where applicable, you may also request restriction of processing, object to processing and request data portability. Where processing relies on your consent, you may withdraw it without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

You may lodge a complaint with the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD) if you consider that the processing infringes your rights.
